METRO PRO WRESTLING RETURNS TO ACTION SATURDAY, APRIL 9
LIVE PRO WRESTLING RETURNS TO TURNER REC IN KCK

KANSAS CITY, KS – Metro Pro Wrestling returns to action for another television taping on Saturday, April 9, inside Turner Recreation Center in Kansas City, Kansas. The matches will air on Time Warner Cable Metro Sports, which is available on Time Warner Cable, Comcast Cable and Sunflower Cable. You cay pre-buy tickets now at http://www.metrowrestling.com/store/
A handful of matches have been announced including:

- An Over-The-Top-Rope Battle Royal, featuring 15 Metro Pro Wrestling stars! The winner receives a shot at the Metro Pro Television Title!

- Metro Pro TV Title Match – Derek Stone (c) vs. Sir Bradley Charles

- NWA Kansas Title Match – Tyler Cook (c) vs. Jeremy Wyatt (w/ the Girthy Management Group)

- NWA Midwest Tag Team Title Match – The Beer City Bruisers (from Wisconsin) taking on the Heroes for Hire. The titles are vacant, so a winner will be determined!

- Four-Way Cruiserweight Match – Rebelucha vs. Jaysin Strife vs. Josh FX vs. Jeff Starchild

- After being attacked by MPW TV Champion Derek Stone, how will Commissioner Strider respond to his “friend?”

- Steven J. Girthy, leader of the Girthy Management Group, vowed that something big would happen to change the GMG. What’s he have in store?

More than a dozen segments will be filmed inside Turner Rec Center on Saturday, April 9. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the event begins at 7 p.m.

Tickets prices are as follows:

- Children 12 & Under – $10

- Adult General Admission – $15
- Front Row Reserved – $20

Metro Sports is a 24-hour, all-sports cable network owned and operated by Time Warner Cable Kansas City. The program, which again airs at 11 p.m. Saturday night, will be shown on Metro Sports (Channel 30) and Metro Sports HD (Channel 1030) on Time Warner Cable. It will also simulcast on Comcast Cable and Sunflower Cable in the Kansas City area as well.
